1. PURE PONTIAC ...
Let-us Begin Right Now;
green light pure pontiac ...
(best practices = better results) ...
the Meaning of Pure:! Free from contamination, unmixed with anything else, or absolute and
complete. Clean and unpolluted. To be moral / chaste as in innocent, virtuous, or free from guilt,
vice, or malice (e.g., pure and sincere); honest, good intentions.
FYI...
While digesting this timely article from start to finish, keep in mind that it was originally
composed during the early part of August 2026. In this fresh month of September, nothing has
been added other than this FYI section. Which indicates all content was not influenced by the
recent (last few days) 2021 election analysis data posted on local social media pages.
THE CLEAN AND UNCLEAN ...
Can you say that your intent for Pontiac is free of junk; that you’re totally for the people and not
a two faced mischief maker and corruption crutch. Are you purely messed up or purely chaste in
your desires and political alliances – which one is the real you?
Secondly, what is your definition of compassion and love. There is a popular messed up love
theory that causes a male to say it loud and the next thing we know, he has punched his female
friend into a comma; what kind of love is this? It’s not the real thing for sure, but minds and
hearts of multitudes are full of this false notion. And the guilty think it’s legit – my oh my, this is
warped!!!
POPULAR ATTRIBUTES ...
Bad acts and foul attitudes over the decades has set the stage for an internally plotted (inside
job) stick up and robbery scene of illegally gained funds from multi-sectors within town. Some
have provided homemade shields to hide the activity. While others have shown acceptance
and complicit union through their silence, with a no snitch routine that rivals any harden
criminal gang. So here we go again with today’s group of coverup experts, who march in step as
brazen -licit- top seeded management pretends.
How about “a love” many have announced for Pontiac, and then proceed to back systems that
handle local citizens as unwanted step children or insignificant head counts like a prison system.
Only paying attention to concerns when they need something from you (like a vote) or to
propagandize false narratives that they’re such a great leader. City hall exec isle marketing
blitzes have been working overtime for the past 4 years spewing nonsense. Still more, it’s taken
on new-fangled deceptive grandeur of misleadingly convincing residents that the tricky
mastermind is superb. It ain’t true, this one is really subpar; and that there, is 100% all day long.
Our platform is big on pitching truth declarations – attended by others in town. You’ve heard
before that the truth is the light, it is so, and it illuminates darken surroundings in both shining a
spotlight and holding a reality mirror to show culprit imagesin chorus. We prop the analytical
behavioral reflection publicly, to reveal they are thoroughly that perp (who they claim
not to be). It also turns over like clockwork where only the friends of fiends become upset that
you’re honest; as in, “how dare you spill the beans on my friend – family – or mentor.” They’re so
consumed with filth, that in their view, you’re supposed to keep quiet and let corrupt
practitioners continue without interruption or hassle, just because of familiarity that trumps
justice, honesty, and law & order (in their opinion or moral compass). Next, it’s the look of
betrayal directed at you as if you’re the enemy and the guilty participants are pristine, and
worthy of sheltering with - cover ups - double talk - and misleading deception of a fantasy
cycle. This mental disability is the horrific basis that’s been the linchpin of stagnation, decline, and crooked activity which has turned Pontiac’s progress every which way but loose, or prosperous. A decades long mad-dog “out of order” thinking (and standards) has produced what has become a mainstay of too much suppressing doom, to evolve into the soiled workflow type present today.
In real world life circumstances of people with ragged specialty hangups, it’s actually a great compliment to receive flack or having to field uneven negative thinking from wrongfully compromising dishonest termite types, who attempt to (undermine and) produce major excuses or coverup for those engendering bad conduct or wrongdoings, especially elected officials. They’re fond of uttering the “Let’s Go” mantra when prejudiced seat arrangements
have landed some where they shouldn’t be. Hot mayhem was conjured upon informed honest residents (and natives elsewhere), but they refuse to bear hug sleazy masked exploitation. Let’s Go - justice!
CARPET CALL OUT & ACTION PLAN ...
Today in 2026, there has been the greatest havoc of them all, as scores of elected officials (and
past office holders) have cemented with business owners, educators, and even preachers; to call
down severe future judgement on them for knowingly supporting and promoting a candidate
who was slipped in through the back door and wouldn’t be positioned without certain unclean
aiding hands. Heaps of individuals have leaped into an adventure that doesn’t pass the smell
test, and they are acutely aware of the reason why. Pay attention Mr. and Mrs. Groupie, when you
play dirty games and do corrupt things, how can your heart be clean and your hands sanitized?
We recognize play acting & game playing from a distance, and from close up, it’s apparent
you’re slimy and muddy - yes.
Each one of the city’s (taking care of business) troopers must stay alert to recognize and be
mature enough to adequately process the marketing & disguised strategies pouring out to
falsely formalize grand images of a back door -sneaky- top seat snatcher, who cheat sheeted
through abduction and occupation of an unworthy chair (as is the opinion of thousands - in a
don’t back down town).
As well, there’s no trace of homo rancor (hostility) here, but merely the right sizing of their attack
on the conventional nuclear family structure of one man and one woman, to breakaway into
introducing the plan & purpose of hades as a healthy sane option – it’s hogwash to the moon
and back, unquestionably a record breaking lie and self-inflicted ditch for intransigents (e.g.
rigidly stubborn).
WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? ...
Is there any within the scope of this sites readership base that will plant tomatoes and expect an onion harvest? I mean hey, that would be far out there and ridiculous with a capital “R” … am I right or wrong? Let’s probe further!! Would you attempt to befriend someone or expect friendship from those who are in no way friendly? Again, that would be juvenile presumptive guessing at the bare minimum, right? Now, let’s shift to the present “circus in action” that has bogarted into city hall, with an obvious track record of flawed failed leadership encompassing deceit, collusion, and disregard for citizens; why would you support or feel content having an official “Girly Acting Man” with an incompatible felony record (holding any elected office) to be your leader & model for Pontiac?
Just really what kind of person are you who would expose our youth to such an abysmal image and contaminated baggage in tow? He’s an overall embarrassment (and joke of all times) relative to the city’s historical leadership pool - all facts, backed by solid proof. This is almost unbelievable that the honest injun’s and brave advocate warriors have to suffer with this unnatural setup every week; while inauthentic sour backers play along & dance to the “Big Fake” tune spinning on city halls playlist. Sounds very devious to me.
Long standing ethical yardsticks providing healthy and safe standards are in a free-fall around a deteriorating citizen and civic moral fiber. In this arrangement, someone is telling you to put blindfolders on while they demolish portions of city hall via false marketing runs, smoke & mirror lies, transgender infusions, extremely damaging actions/policies, and hired -greedy turncoat- hands of enlisted Pontiac “down-for-the-cause natives,” who’ll stand on their heads in a corner (at command) for a few more dollars as a circus act. Clearly, there is a threatening and treacherous stew of an “urgent action” predicament confronting us that must be astutely handled.
STRANGER DANGER 101 ...
The ghey lifestyle is an extreme and unspeakably dangerous way of life for youth to mimic. A
breeding ground of online and offline male enticement for rewards is active. There’s unhealthy
contagious diseases spreading which eventually reaches the “dummy males” female partner to
put her at risk of plaguing std’s – that can be life threatening as well. This isn’t something to take
lightly.
DO NOT PLAY WITH STRANGE FIRE ...
The seat snatching holder’s skewed world views, deranged family planning theories, and related
contorted ethical values, all shape the standard in his personal and business decision making
which can’t be healthy, and also impossible to separate warp thinking from choices he arbitrarily
(minus answering to anyone) decides within the position that was seized. Hence, the poisonous
fallout is pinpointed in recent weeks with the invention of first time repulsive moves of rolling
out converted trans purposed rest rooms in city parks, influencing the council to agree with a
ghey celebration day (shot in the foot, spit in the face, ironic anti-family measure), plus the
audacious - oppressive - tyrannical “exercise” of turning off and disabling the comments
sections of the city’s youtube channel and facebook page. Those who are enlightened can
inform you of the historical results of such a disrespectful and dangerous act this trashy format
represents. Past history provides accurate indicators into the workings of progressive decline
this signals and ultimately produces. The guy is (false ally) smiling and photo posing at your face
in public, and (enemy) maneuvering at city hall.
There’s also an open door policy “welcoming,“ to dirty up and disassemble honorably moral
standards for the advancement of twisted sensual acts, that forms the reasoning (or basis) to
quality for equal rights status. Parading around the country convincing weak minded and flaky
creatures to jump aboard a “special rights” drive motivated by a monumental perverse choice
and nothing else in between – isn’t this unclean, diabolical, and unreasonably ridiculous?
LET’S GO BACK BRIEFLY – PHYS. ED 101 ...
A bullseye’s -hitting of the mark- for mature adults: The female cycle is an amazing design tied
to their reproduction system etc. Babies have the entry opportunity into earth through the
coming together due to a divine composition attaching male & female participants. This
exclusive independent predisposed setup renders any other “order” a fraudulent violation
(illustrating an Action in Ruins) which interprets – and engages – the mandated directives in
an opposite manner of the original authoritative plan.
Therefore (and really now), how can those who are level headed, sober minded, and honestly
uncorrupted, accept an alternative choice, like rotten pick of the litter acts that ghey affirming
churches roll in the mud with. How can they support this biblically when the writing on the
wall is crystal clear that it’s dead wrong, with not one single text to support or justify this
backward fiendish try? Personally, as an alpha male, would you expect me to endorse and
applaud an effeminate mental processing male in leading Pontiac to imply & affirm to our next
generational leaders that this is a blameless condition and something they should pursue? Plain
commonsense, 10 yr old logical thinking, plus illegal sodomy laws still on the books should all be
enough to settle the issue; don’t you think? There’s no amount of money anyone can offer me
to turn my back on God, my tribe, and good hearted humanity. My love is real, how about yours?
There are some goofy, silly, evil, corrupt, betraying, and unsanitary events trending in town and
at city hall that needs your best attention to Handcuff & Reel in. The in-sync preachers must
repent – you’re blind and gone astray.
HEARTBREAKING HISTORY LESSON ...
In accurately pegging the wild-eyed hate groups of the 60’s, if any had the ability to gage into
future evolving circumstances, the obsessed scapegoat hunters would have risked it all by
draining their accounts and exposing themselves, to gain stock of any trans propaganda
agendas, abortion clinics, and modern privatized penal institutions; for the furtherance and
greatest divisive gruesome attack on the AA family. This isn’t a fantasy script, it’s the evil reality
of vigorous investments that pad racist systems. What needs to be completely understood, is
that civic actions and policies that stifle and pigeon hole citizens by positioning them as
second rated afterthoughts, is truly an offshoot of these vile structures that prioritize special
interest causes ahead of residents, for the purpose of discriminating against, abusing, and
nastily neglecting the solid resource responsible for endorsing and later supporting their term.
How obscene and heartless is this actuality?
THE BIG PIC & DRAWBACK (Negative Aspect) ...
In a final results astonishing visible travesty, a stark look is evident online with the sensually
incongruent, alphabet gender bender gang, as they express their sentiments in a “us” vs “them”
undertaking of morally bent vs morally straight views (and lifestyles) of same gender and
traditional partnerships dualling battlefields. It’s a 21st century relapsing spectacle proving the
mental clarity of this group is thoroughly foggy and decayed. They cherish male / female
relationship views that are astronomically contorted. Oh yea, they linger in one accord with
dramatic cockiness, as each stands in the face of a single potent God posed with their middle
finger in an upward position, to convey an earth scorching lie, that they are scientifically right,
and almighty God is absolutely wrong on his opposition to alternative lifestyles... is that nuts?
This isn’t an abstract farfetched speculation, it’s what they totally believe and apply. Again, is this
view - value - exercise nuts or what?
Now, let’s transpose this philosophical brainstorming into everyday routine decision making of a
ghey/trans mind that presently makes the biggest choices in how Pontiac moves forward while
being an ethical guide and face of the city (wow, this is actually embarrassing). Okay, who would
like to lie to me and assert that this odd leadership sample is best for Pontiac’s mature state of
actions and/or policies, when a foundation has been constructed of silly putty. Built up by a sly
felon pundit who has misled large numbers by promoting he’s a straight honorable thinker -and
doer- when highlighted evidence behind and beside him points to and shouts something
hideously different. How many stood around to say nothing (or little) as he who thinks and lives
a wild bent out of compliance wayward existence seized the top power chair in city government,
while left to loosely make -or break- crucial decisions for all … and he thinks like who, or what?
And he leverages what type of control, and final say (outcome) ruling power?
Power to the people is now in focus and the wheels of justice or just due will prevail very, very
soon. All embolden protocol breakers should look out below, the buildup of invigorated voter
ethics is rising from the bottom up and only guilty (other camp partakers) are grumbling. Just
as sure as I believe that you can’t keep a good man down, I also believe that Pontiac won’t let
sinister folks abound.
Be sure to keep an eye on (and remember) those “On The Take” getting
exec aisle “Sing Our Tune” dollars doled out to greedy & dishonest flops ...
There’s More To Come. Real, Pure Pontiac residents will prevail over
inequality, plus the city hall and community -bought off- tap dancers. ...
Let’s Go - Justice!!!
(article was originally composed during the early part of Aug. 2026)
2. GUNS & CHILD VICTIMS ...
Unsecured and poorly concealed firearms in the home pose an escalating threat to youth across the country, solidifying firearms as the absolute leading cause of death for American children and teens. Data analyzed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reveals that firearm-related injuries among young people surpassed motor vehicle accidents back in 2020. This trajectory has remained high, with over 4,400 children and teens killed annually by gunfire. A critical driver of these preventable deaths is unsupervised access to household weapons; according to recent data from organizations like Everytown for Gun Safety, roughly once every single day in America, a child under the age of 18 handles a loaded weapon and unintentionally shoots themselves or someone else.
The problem is heavily exacerbated by a dramatic surge in the number of households storing weapons insecurely. A landmark study published in JAMA Network Open revealed that 6.7 million children in the United States live in homes where at least one firearm is left loaded and unlocked. This represents an alarming 50 percent increase from prior tracking metrics, which previously estimated the number at 4.6 million children. Despite widespread educational outreach by health professionals, nearly 21% of gun-owning households with minors admit to leaving a loaded firearm entirely unsecured, providing a vast landscape of opportunity for curious young minds to find hidden or loose weapons.
When children discover these poorly concealed weapons, the result is overwhelmingly catastrophic, primarily because they mistake the firearms for toys or are simply playing with them. CDC data from the National Violent Death Reporting System reveals that 76.2% of unintentional firearm fatalities among minors involved a weapon that was completely unlocked, and over 90% of those weapons were simultaneously loaded. Furthermore, approximately two-thirds of these accidental fatal shootings occurred specifically while a child was actively playing with or showing off the gun to peers or family members. Handguns are overwhelmingly the weapon of choice found by children, accounting for more than 72% of these unintentional fatalities.
The demographic toll of unsecured weapon access skews intensely toward younger age groups and immediate family structures. According to multi-year injury databases, children five years old and younger represent roughly one in every three unintentional shooters. In fact, the overall portion of accidental shootings triggered by preschoolers has been rising steadily. When these young children discharge an unlocked weapon, the harm remains intensely localized: over 80% of these incidents occur directly inside a residential home—either the victim’s own home or a close relative’s. In the vast majority of cases where a child shoots another person, the victim is an innocent bystander, most frequently their own sibling or a close neighborhood friend.
The geographic and public policy landscape demonstrates that these childhood casualties are directly linked to secure storage accountability. Epidemiological data indicates that households that lock both their firearms and ammunition experience an 85 percent lower risk of unintentional youth firearm deaths compared to those that leave them unlocked. Consequently, states with robust Child Access Prevention (CAP) and safe storage laws record the lowest baseline rates of unintentional child shootings. Conversely, permissive areas lack strict storage penalties, causing the top ten states with lax storage oversight to suffer average unintentional child shooting rates that are roughly ten times higher than states enforcing locked-weapon compliance.
Public Health & Safety Impact ...
1. Research indicates that strict CAP and safe storage laws help decrease rates of youth firearm suicides, unintentional child shootings, and juvenile homicides.
2. In Michigan, state safe storage legislation requires firearms to be unloaded and locked up or disabled with a locking device whenever a minor is reasonably expected to be present on the premises.
Practicing proactive safety measures and maintaining open communication is the ultimate shield against sudden tragedy. When parents take full responsibility for securing hazards—such as firearms, prescription medications, or digital environments—they eliminate the split-second opportunities that lead to permanent accidents and heartaches.
By establishing firm boundaries, monitoring behaviors, and modeling responsible habits, parents naturally steer children away from reckless behaviors. This foundational discipline eliminates the need for reactive external control, ensuring that families never have to face the devastating disruption of law enforcement intervention or the court system. Ultimately, safe parenting practices build a secure buffer that preserves a child's future and keeps the family whole.
3. TRAFFIC STOPS & BEST CONDUCT ...
Racial disparities during traffic stops remain a significant point of tension and national study, with data highlighting measurable differences in how Black motorists are engaged by law enforcement. According to a Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) survey published by the Prison Policy Initiative, Black motorists experience higher rates of police-initiated contact, searches, and arrests than White drivers. Crucially, the data shows that police are over three times more likely to threaten or use force against Black individuals during these encounters compared to White individuals. Furthermore, a comprehensive analysis by the Center for Policing Equity (CPE) underscores that these use-of-force incidents spiral significantly during discretionary or non-safety-related stops, where Black drivers are disproportionately targeted despite having similar or lower contraband recovery rates.
Prioritize immediate visibility and calm positioning. The moment you see emergency lights, signal and safely pull over to the right side of the road in a well-lit area if possible. Once stopped, turn off the engine, roll down the driver’s side window completely, and turn on the vehicle's interior cabin lights if it is dark outside. Place both hands clearly at the 12 o'clock position on the steering wheel and instruct any passengers to keep their hands visible on their laps or the dashboard. This immediate visibility establishes transparency and minimizes an officer's perceived threat baseline before they even approach the vehicle window.
Communicate proactively before making physical movements. Avoid reaching into the glove compartment, center console, or your pockets for your driver's license, registration, or proof of insurance before the officer explicitly requests them. When the officer does ask for these items, verbally state where they are located before moving your hands (e.g., "My registration is in the glove box, I am reaching for it now"). Move slowly and deliberately. If you have a legally carried firearm or weapon in the vehicle, keep your hands on the wheel, state clearly to the officer that you have a weapon, disclose its location, and do not point or reach toward it under any circumstances.
Keep verbal interactions concise, neutral, and respectful. Answer the officer's initial operational questions briefly and clearly without arguing about the reason for the stop on the side of the road.
Roadside confrontations significantly elevate the risk of escalation or a use-of-force intervention. If you believe you are being wrongfully targeted or racially profiled, remain calm and comply with instructions; the legal place to contest the legitimacy of the stop, a citation, or officer behavior is later in a courtroom, via a formal internal affairs complaint, or through an oversight body, rather than during the encounter itself.
Know and calmly assert your legal rights. While you are legally obligated to provide your license, registration, and proof of insurance, you have the constitutional right to remain silent regarding further questioning, such as queries about where you are coming from or going. If an officer asks to search your vehicle, you can clearly and respectfully state, "I do not consent to any searches," which protects your rights if the officer lacks independent probable cause. If the officer proceeds to search the vehicle anyway, do not physically resist or block them; continue to verbally repeat your lack of consent while allowing them to act.
Clarify your status to conclude the interaction. Once the officer has processed your information or issued a citation, you can ask a clear clarifying question to establish whether the detention has concluded: "Am I free to leave, or am I being detained?". If the officer states you are free to go, slowly put your hands back on the controls, ensure your seatbelt is secure, signal, and merge safely back into traffic. If they state you are being detained, you have the right to explicitly say, "I choose to remain silent," and request to speak with an attorney. Additionally, remember that you or your passengers have a legal right to record the interaction via cell phone, provided the recording does not physically interfere with the officer's duties.
4. STATISTICS OF URBAN POLICE ENCOUNTERS ...
Drawing on findings from the Center for Policing Equity’s (CPE) analysis of 24 local law enforcement agencies and eight large agencies in California. The findings confirm that Black drivers experience higher rates of non-safety stops and discretionary searches compared to White drivers. Additionally, non-safety stops are more likely to involve the use of force than stops for dangerous driving, further illustrating how non-safety traffic stops increase Black drivers’ exposure to police use of force.
Threat or use of force ...
In their most recent police encounters, Black people were over three times as likely as white people to experience the threat or use of force – defined as threat of force, handcuffing, pushing, grabbing, hitting, kicking, using a weapon or other use of nonfatal force (these data do not include people who died from fatal use of force) – and more than twice as likely to experience police shouting or cursing at them. Since 2020, the proportion of white and Hispanic people experiencing the threat or use of force has actually decreased, while the proportion of Black people experiencing threats or nonfatal use of force has increased slightly. In particular, Black people were more likely to be handcuffed, pushed, grabbed, hit, or kicked, or have a weapon used against them by police in 2022 than they were in 2020. And while they accounted for only 12% of people whose most recent contact was police-initiated or traffic accident-related, Black people represented one-third (32%) of all people reporting threatened or nonfatal use of force in their most recent encounter, and one-quarter (24%) of those reporting shouting or cursing by police.
1. Specific Michigan-Level Traffic Stop Data & Policy Shifts ...
Data transparency and legal actions have prompted significant scrutiny of traffic stop practices in Michigan, particularly regarding the Michigan State Police (MSP).
2. Legal Precedents Regarding Pretextual Traffic Stops ...
A pretextual traffic stop occurs when an officer utilizes a minor, low-level violation (such as a cracked windshield, loud exhaust, or failure to signal early enough) as a legal excuse to pull over a driver to
investigate an entirely unrelated hunch or suspicion.
3. Resources on How to File Formal Complaints in Michigan ...
If a driver experiences excessive force, verbal intimidation, or an illegal vehicle search, they have multiple structural avenues to log a formal grievance in Michigan.
Take note and pay attention – key behavior for successful police interactions ...
+ Keep your cool – don’t overreact or become frustrated.
+ Completely cooperate – don’t seek justice at the moment, wait later via legal help and/or the
justice & court system.
+ Keep your hands visible and don’t make any sudden moves.
+ Let your communication exchanges be honest, open, and all business. Also, refrain from rude or
hostile responses and only answer questions that are asked, never give any extra information – don’t
talk to much, just offer basic info (no small talk).
+ Only ask for or request a supervisor if things begin to get out of hand by the officer or deputy.
+ Install cameras in your vehicle if unjust traffic pull-overs happens frequently in your area – use cell
phone to record as an alternative.
+ Never (ever) resist, disrespect, or lie – if you have been wronged, you want to build up more
positives to boost your case and win, so cooperate fully to make things move along smoothly.
+ Forgive & forget and never take it personal. In the framed structure of legitimate (and needed)
professional law enforcement, there is a rotten culture plus unofficial protocol departures that too
often handles public encounters in an US vs THEM attitude. This behavior unfortunately has generic
routine acceptance -across the board- within many law enforcement agencies nationwide.
5. MOST EFFECTIVE WEIGHT LOSS METHODS - NO HYPE ...
What Determines Success vs. Failure?...
Understanding why some dieters successfully lose weight while others do not will help in
determining which diets were most successful based on the programs listed. As indicated by the
scientific principles involved with weight loss, the process involves several physiologic changes such
as hormone response, genetic predisposition, and how each body metabolically responds to what
you eat. Therefore, because of these differences among individuals and how they respond to
different types of food, what may have been recommended by your doctor as an acceptable weight
loss program for one patient, may be completely unsuccessful for another patient.
List of 9 Effective Weight Loss Methods, Plus Two
Areas on Women Weight Loss and Exercise Plans ...
1. Doctor-recommended weight loss programs ...
The doctor-supervised weight loss programs show the best results of all types of weight loss. This is
because these structured programs consist of nutritionally-oriented instruction along with a
planned increase in physical activity. These programs also include regular evaluations and feedback.
Research has shown that primary care physicians may significantly enhance their patient’s ability to
lose weight by being able to monitor their patient’s progress.
In addition to providing the structure for the patient, the physician will provide the patient with
access to various laboratory tests. By using these laboratory tests, the patient and physician will be
able to identify whether there are any conditions that need to be treated. Also, since the physician
will be evaluating the patient’s response to the first phase of the plan, the physician will be able to
make changes to the plan as necessary.
2. Prescription anti-obesity medications (aom) ...
Aom represents a major step forward in the treatment of overweight people. Studies have
demonstrated that patients experience about two times the amount of weight loss as those
receiving only counseling when aom is combined with recommendations by a primary care
physician concerning lifestyle modifications.
Recently approved aoms have been found to cause an average weight loss of 15% or greater;
therefore, they represent some of the most successful non-surgical treatments currently available.
Although aom works well for many patients, it is not recommended for all patients. A qualified
healthcare provider needs to evaluate a patient’s medical history, current prescription Medications
and Body Mass Index (BMI) before prescribing any aom. For more information about selecting the
right injectable for weight loss and what you should expect from the treatment process, click here.
3. Bariatric Surgery for severe obesity. ..
Bariatric Surgery is one of the most successful methods for treating obese individuals who meet
certain criteria based on their Body Mass Index (BMI) and general health status. Gastric bypass
surgery, in particular, has been found to result in a mean weight loss of 20-30% at one year post-
operatively compared to other forms of Bariatric Surgery. Bariatric Surgery is generally reserved for
severely obese individuals who have not achieved satisfactory weight loss using other methods.
4. Calorie Control and Medical Oversight ...
While Calorie Control Alone usually doesn’t lead to lasting weight loss, Calorie Control Under The
Direction Of A Registered Dietitian Or Physician Often Does. The structure of developing a meal plan
removes excessive uncertainty and allows for reasonable portions to be followed long-term.
Physician-only counseling rarely produces statistically significant weight loss without being
accompanied by either registered dietitian consultation services or meal replacement guidance.
Collaborative approaches involving multiple members of a multidisciplinary team usually create a
consistent path toward steady weight loss progress.
5. Structured Exercise Plan ...
Exercising alone infrequently leads to substantial weight loss; however, it does help in keeping lost
weight off and improving your total health. Creating a structured exercise plan tailored to your own
level of fitness and schedule requirements, helps keep your Resting Metabolic Rate high enough to
prevent future weight regain.
6. Lab tests: metabolism and body composition ...
You cannot successfully manage something unless you have it correctly measured. The amount of
calories your body burns when resting is determined through metabolic breath testing. This gives
your care team the data needed to create a personalized weight management plan based on your
unique metabolic profile. Similarily, 3-Dimensional Body Composition Imaging will allow your care
team to track the amount of fat being lost versus muscle gained more effectively than just tracking
weight.
The results from using these technologies will help patients and providers make educated decisions
about making changes instead of using guesswork.
7. Personalized Nutrition/Fitness Plans Based Upon DNA Testing ...
DNA testing has opened doors for weight management. DNA Gene Testing may be able to show
how your body reacts to different types of foods/carbs/exercise. Using the information obtained from
the DNA test your provider can create a plan that takes advantage of your biology to assist in losing
weight and avoid things within your genetic code that could work against you.
Although genetics alone is unlikely to ensure someone loses weight, this layer of personalization can
add value to any given treatment plan.
8. Counseling/Habit Change Support ...
Long term weight loss requires developing sustainable habits. Behavioral counseling identifies
specific areas where a person needs improvement, develops healthful daily routines, and creates
ways to cope with setback(s), so they can continue to utilize their plan.
There has been research done which shows that behavioral counseling combined with primary care
programs developed to improve compliance with suggested healthy lifestyle modifications resulted
in a statistically significant reduction in body weight (approximately 2.58 kg) over a 12 week period
compared to those receiving standard care. While this indicates that providing some type of
behavioral support or very brief interventions; regardless of the extent, can impact weight loss
success.
9. IV Hydration/Nutrient Support ...
IV hydration/nutrient support is not a single way to promote weight loss but adequate
hydration/nutrient intake supports metabolism/energy/recovery during weight loss efforts. IV
hydration/vitamin infusions can provide patients with additional energy to help them stay consistent
with the changes in their diet/activity.
The Most Effective Formula For Weight Loss In Women ...
There isn't a "best" calorie balance or "superior" macro-nutrient distribution for weight loss among
women. Research-based evidence over the past decade has shown that the most effective approach
for sustainable weight loss is through a maintained caloric deficit (fewer calories consumed than
burned), along with some degree of adherence and/or behavior modification.
A recent review of literature using the National Institutes of Health PubMed Central database
reported that both the POUNDS Lost Trial and numerous other studies have demonstrated that low-
calorie diets which generate an average daily caloric deficit of 500 to 750 calories will produce very
similar amounts of total weight loss regardless of whether they are based upon a low-fat, low-
carbohydrate, or general calorie-reduction strategy.
A number of studies have identified a particular model which provides better outcomes than either
diet-only or exercise-only programs -- specifically for maintaining a healthy weight and improving
body composition:
• Caloric Deficit: Establishing a consistent caloric deficit of approximately 500 to 750 calories (which
corresponds to approximately 1000 to 1500 calories per day depending on the starting point for each
individual) is generally accepted as the optimal way to initiate fat loss.
• High Protein Consumption: Increasing intake of high-quality protein (typically referenced as being
greater than 1 gram of protein per pound of desired body weight or as a larger percentage in each
meal) supports preservation of muscle mass during weight loss; enhances postprandial
thermogenesis (increases resting energy expenditure); and increases feelings of fullness/satiation to
limit hunger/food cravings.
• Resistance Training + Aerobic Activity: Combining resistance-type workouts (usually performed three to four times a week) with regular aerobic activity (e.g., walking, moderate-intensity cardio) typically reduces the likelihood that the body's natural metabolic response to starvation will slow (metabolic adaptation). Structured programs lasting six to twelve months with coaching/support or
accountability also increase success rates.
• Whole, High-Fiber Foods: Consuming foods that are minimally processed and rich in fiber
(vegetables, fruits, whole grains, etc.) will enhance the improvement of cardiovascular health
measures beyond those related to weight loss.
• Long-Term vs. Short-Term: Consistently, large-scale data indicates that adherence to a lifestyle
pattern of food consumption and/or physical activity that can be maintained for extended periods
(>weeks) is far and away the most important indicator of sustaining lost weight.
Exercise Routines That Are Good For Women ...
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC) recommends the following as a bare minimum for overall fitness for most adults:
• A minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity (e.g. brisk walking) per week.
• Alternatively, at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity (e.g. running/jogging) per week.
• At least two days per week, engage in activities that strengthen muscles (e.g. weightlifting).
Weight Loss ...
For people who want to lose weight, it's possible they'll need to pair dieting with exercising. It would
be beneficial for them to mix in a combination of aerobic and strengthening exercises.
Though aerobic exercise has its reputation as a means to burn calories, strengthening helps
maintain or grow muscle as people lose pounds elsewhere.
Where To Start ...
• Begin slow: One study from 2017 showed that simply doing any form of exercise had a significant
effect on lowering the risk of developing cardiovascular disease. So while a person may not currently
be able to perform long periods of exercise, they can still get started by doing just five to ten
minutes.
• Adapt Movements: A person should not attempt to complete movements that appear to be too
difficult. They could instead modify the movements so they're less strenuous. An example might be
attempting to walk at a slower pace or on a softer surface when compared to jogging/walking uphill.
As a person becomes more fit, these modifications provide opportunities to challenge themselves
further.
• Consider Lower-Impact Exercise: Depending on where a person finds themselves physically (due to
joint issues or other mobility concerns), it may be helpful to consider performing exercises that cause
less stress on the joints. Some examples include water aerobics and walking on soft surfaces.
• Incorporate Movement Into Daily Life: Housework, gardening, pet care/playtime, and going
upstairs/downstairs can all count towards one's total amount of exercise.
• Take A Class: Sometimes exercising with others can assist with motivation, educate a person about
proper technique when completing new movements, and offer access to knowledge and guidance
from a certified fitness professional.
• Consider Physical Therapy: If a person suffers from chronic pain or hasn't been active in quite some
time, consulting with a physical therapist one-on-one could potentially help address these
challenges.
Start Slow ...
Obesity beginner exercises.
It can be beneficial for individuals who are just beginning to develop a habit of being active, to
attempt simple (to do) forms of exercise such as:
• Twisting motions of the torso: Standing or sitting; keeping the arms extended at your sides. Using
only the upper portion of the body, twist from left to right.
• Sit-to-stand: Stand facing a sturdy, high-backed chair with an empty space in front of you. As you
inhale, stand up and continue to breathe as you are standing. Next, when you exhale, slowly lower
yourself back into the seat.
• Circles with the arms: Whether you are sitting or standing, extend the arms to the sides. With your
arms fully extended, create circles using your hands. The size of the circle can vary from large to
small.
• Raising the arms: When sitting or standing, raise the arms straight in front of you. Continue raising
your arms until they are directly overhead. Then lower your arms straight behind you. Additionally,
you can raise your arms to the sides or overhead.
• Marching or stepping: March in place. Try walking quickly outdoors. Step up and down on a low stool.
Each individual can adjust the speed, number of times repeated, or how hard each of these exercises
is based upon what works best for them.
Home Exercises. ..
• Aerobic/Strength Stairs Climbing: Both aerobic and strength benefits can be obtained by climbing
stairs. Whether walking or running up and down stairs can be used as an example.
• Body Weight Exercises: Instead of needing weights to build muscle mass and bone density through
exercise, body weight exercises use one's own body weight to accomplish this goal. Examples
include squats, lunges, and leg raises.
• Dance: There are numerous free dance workout video tutorials online that have been created in
many different dance styles and levels.
Knee and Back Pain Exercise Options ...
Knee and back pain can limit the ability to perform most types of exercise. However, there are some
types of exercise that put less pressure on these areas of the body.
A person experiencing joint pain may find water-based aerobic activities (such as swimming),
elliptical machines and/or other aquatic or land equipment helpful alternatives to traditional exercise
options that stress the joints more (such as running).
Individuals with chronic back or knee pain may need to avoid exercises that involve twisting/jarring
motions in the back/spine depending on the source(s) of their pain.
Seeking Medical Advice ...
Any persons suffering from chronic illness(es)/pain/disability(ies) would be wise to consult a physician
prior to commencing any form of exercise. Additionally, a physician should be consulted by anyone
who experiences worsening symptoms related to their medical condition(s) after participating in any
form of exercise, is experiencing pain during/after any form of exercise, feels like they cannot
participate in any form of exercise due to physical limitations, needs assistance to achieve specific
health/fitness-related goals.
Summary . ..
While there is no singular form of exercise for obesity that will work for every person involved, factors
including an individual's current fitness status, general health status and personal preferences play a
key role in developing an exercise program tailored to meet their desired outcome(s).
The quality of an exercise routine is reflected in its ability to challenge a participant without causing
unnecessary pain/punishment. The experience can also be enjoyable and/or empowering. Gradually
improving many facets of a person's overall health is also possible over time. Individuals unsure
about where to start with an exercise regimen or those finding it difficult to engage in regular
exercise may want to consider consulting with a physician and/or physical therapist. Free online
resources and/or classes can provide opportunities for individuals interested in exploring different
types of exercises.
6. IMPORTANCE & VALUE OF YOUTH SPORTS ...
Youth sports play a vital role in shaping a child's future, offering profound benefits that extend far
beyond the playing field. While the physical advantages of regular exercise are well-documented,
the true value of organized sports lies in how they foster crucial life skills, emotional resilience, and
social competence in young people.
Participating in sports teaches children the importance of teamwork and cooperation. In a team
setting, athletes learn to communicate effectively, trust others, and work toward a shared goal.
Experiences translate directly into the classroom and the future workplace, where collaboration is
essential. Furthermore, sports introduce the concept of healthy competition, teaching youth how
to handle both success and failure with grace. Learning to bounce back from a loss builds grit and
emotional resilience, helping children face every day academic and personal challenges with
confidence.
Beyond social skills, youth sports are strongly linked to improved academic performance and time
management. Student-athletes must balance practices, games, and homework, which forces them
to develop strong organizational habits early in life. Physical activity also boosts brain health,
enhancing focus, memory, and cognitive flexibility, which naturally supports classroom learning.
Finally, sports contribute significantly to mental well-being and self-esteem. Regular exercise
releases endorphins, reducing stress and anxiety in an increasingly demanding world. Scoring a
goal, mastering a new skill, or receiving encouragement from a coach provides a powerful sense
of accomplishment. This builds a foundation of self-worth that protects youth against negative
peer pressure and mental health struggles.
The Data: Positive Outcomes vs. Negative Results ... …
Numerous studies underscore the dramatic divergence between the positive lifelong outcomes of
sports and the negative consequences when young athletes face unchecked pressure. Data reveals
that early sports participation reduces a child's risk of obesity by 10 times compared to non-
participants, while physically active youth score up to 40% higher on standardized achievement
tests. For young women, the margins are even more striking: female student-athletes exhibit a 92%
lower rate of drug involvement and a 3-times higher high school graduation rate.
However, these benefits quickly evaporate when a toxic environment or early over-specialization
takes over. An estimated 70% of children drop out of organized sports by age 13, with the
overwhelming majority citing excessive pressure, overscheduling, and a lack of enjoyment. This high
attrition rate is deeply tied to a lack of proper mentorship; under 20% of youth league coaches have
formal safety or psychological training, and roughly 23% of kids who quit point directly to a poor
relationship with their coach as the primary reason they walked away.
When the sports environment shifts from supportive to overly demanding, it can lead to severe
physical and psychological setbacks. Approximately 2.6 million emergency room visits occur
annually for youth sports injuries, and a staggering 50% of those are caused by overuse from
repetitive movements without proper recovery. This physical strain frequently mirrors mental health
struggles; early sport specialization and subsequent burnout directly predict future spikes in clinical
anxiety, insomnia, and major depressive disorders.
Actionable Solutions for Parents and Coaches ...
Preventing these negative outcomes requires a deliberate shift from a win-at-all-costs mentality
to a player-centered approach. Parents and coaches must work in tandem to safeguard both the
physical and emotional well-being of young athletes.
Strategies for Parents:...
Strategies for Coaches: ...
Ultimately, youth sports are not just about winning games or developing athletic talent. They serve
as a holistic training ground for life. By implementing these protective solutions, adults can ensure
that sports remain a safe, joyful space that equips the next generation with the physical, mental, and
social tools they need to thrive as well-rounded adults.
7. CONFRONTING WILLFULLY WAYWARD ELECTED OFFICIALS ... ... .
Communities often successfully challenge local governments when officials make controversial,
unilateral, or poorly planned decisions. When community members organize effectively—using legal
action, public awareness campaigns, or ballot initiatives—they can force city hall to reverse course.
Nationwide: Fighting Eminent Domain Abuse ...
Across the United States, numerous grassroots coalitions have defeated urban renewal and
condemnation plans pushed by local redevelopment agencies. In cities across states like Arizona
and California, activists successfully utilized public pressure, protests, and targeted legal defense to
protect family homes, small businesses, and farms from government property takings. You can read
detailed case studies compiled by the Institute for Justice Eminent Domain Success Stories.
Ann Arbor, Michigan: Bypassing City Council for Clean Energy ...
When local activists felt that city officials were not moving fast enough or taking the right actions on
municipal energy governance, they formed a grassroots nonprofit called Ann Arbor for Public Power.
Instead of waiting for a slow-moving city council, the group successfully gathered over 5,000 valid
signatures to place "Proposal E" directly onto the ballot. This successful action forces a city-run
exploratory study to look into replacing the corporate grid with a publicly owned, non-profit electric
utility. You can view the full report on the grassroots efforts on YouTube.
Fremont, Nebraska: Overturning Discriminatory Employment Rules ...
When the city of Fremont abruptly changed its recruitment criteria to exclude homeschool
graduates from applying to the local fire department, a resident and licensed EMT faced immediate
disqualification. The affected family spent months attempting to appeal directly to local officials
without any response. However, by strategically scaling their message and drawing national public
scrutiny to the city's unfair policy adjustments, the community generated immense external
pressure that forced city hall to back down and reverse the rule. A detailed breakdown of this
pushback is documented by the Christian Post.
Avenal, California: Recalling an Unpopular City Council ...
When city leaders in Avenal decided to alter local fire services by ending a contract with the county
and establishing an independent department, the community aggressively rebelled. Believing the
decision put local public safety at risk, residents initiated a massive grassroots recall campaign.
Despite legal attempts by the city government to block the special election, the community
successfully voted out four out of five city council members. To protect the town from further
administrative backlash, citizens even served the remaining recalled council members with a
temporary restraining order to stop the spending of city funds.
8. PRE-GANGS TO LOCKUP CYCLE ... ... ... .
The cycle of mass incarceration for Black males is deeply rooted in structural poverty, which restricts
access to essential resources and creates unstable living conditions. In the United States,
socioeconomic disadvantages heavily overlap with racial lines, leaving Black families
disproportionately exposed to impoverished neighborhoods. According to historical data from the
Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS), Black men have faced a staggering 28.5% lifetime likelihood of
imprisonment. This economic marginalization leaves communities vulnerable, as a lack of baseline
household wealth limits mobility, isolates families, and leaves young men exposed to high-crime
environments where economic survival often conflicts with the law.
This economic disadvantage directly feeds into inadequate education, establishing a systemic
pattern known as the "school-to-prison pipeline". Because public K-12 education is largely funded
through local property taxes, high-poverty school districts spend nearly 16% less per student than
low-poverty districts nationwide. Consequently, under-resourced schools rely heavily on zero-
tolerance policies and School Resource Officers rather than counselors, making Black students 2.2
times more likely to face school-related arrests than white students. Research featured by the
Institute for Research on Poverty (IRP) shows that 65.5% of incarcerated men did not finish high
school, and for young Black men who drop out, the probability of facing imprisonment by their 30s
spikes to over 60%.
When inadequate schooling pushes young Black males out of the classroom, street gangs step in to
fill the institutional void, offering perceived protection, belonging, and financial survival. In highly
segregated, under-invested urban markets, the lack of legitimate career paths transforms criminal
enterprises into a primary source of localized income. Lacking a high school diploma or a stable
support system, these young men are highly targeted for recruitment. While street gangs account
for an outsized portion of violent crime in concentrated areas, they operate largely as an unintended
symptom of deep-seated civic neglect, drawing in desperate youth who see no alternative path to
economic stability.
The combination of poverty, limited academic credentials, and gang exposure significantly elevates
the likelihood of arrest, escalating directly to severe sentencing to prison. Data analyzed by the
United States Sentencing Commission (USSC) reveals that even when accounting for the type of
crime and prior criminal history, Black males receive sentences that are 13.4% longer than White
males for similar offenses. Furthermore, Black men are 23.4% less likely to receive probation instead
of prison time compared to White men facing identical charges. This disparity ensures that once a
Black youth enters the legal system, systemic biases compound, steering them away from
diversionary options and funneling them directly into correctional facilities.
Ultimately, these interconnected forces form a brutal, intergenerational loop where prison sentences
feed back into persistent poverty. Despite a 39% decline from its historic peak, reports from The
Sentencing Project confirm that Black Americans continue to be incarcerated at 5.0 times the rate of
white Americans. Upon release, individuals face over 47,000 collateral legal restrictions that deny
them access to housing, employment, and student financial aid. Deprived of the ability to earn a
living wage, returning fathers face high recidivism rates, while their children are left behind to grow
up in impoverished, single-parent households—restarting the school-to-prison pipeline for the next
generation.
9. INDEPENDENT VOTING, A PLUS OR MINUS? ... ... ... .
Voting as a political moderate in 2026 allows citizens to break free from rigid partisan gridlock and
focus on practical solutions. In an era where political parties are increasingly polarized, an unmovable
allegiance to a single party often forces voters to accept a package deal of policies, some of which may
not align with their true values or the immediate needs of their community. By choosing a moderate
approach, voters retain their independent judgment. They can evaluate candidates based on their
individual merits, integrity, and platform rather than the color of their party banner, ensuring that
elected officials are truly accountable to the people they represent.
A moderate voting strategy encourages political candidates to move away from extreme rhetoric and
build broader coalitions. When a significant portion of the electorate is willing to cross party lines,
political parties can no longer take their base for granted or win elections simply by firing up their most
radical factions. This shift forces campaigns to appeal to the center, leading to a political discourse
focused on compromise, shared goals, and realistic governance. In 2026, fostering this centrist leverage
is vital for restoring civility and ensuring that the legislative process functions smoothly rather than
ending in constant shutdowns and obstruction.
Furthermore, voting as a moderate enables flexibility in addressing complex, fast-evolving global and
domestic challenges. Issues like economic inflation, technological disruption, and national security do
not adhere to strict party doctrines, and the best solutions often combine ideas from both sides of the
political aisle. A voter who is not tied to a single party can support fiscally responsible measures from
one side while advocating for essential social safety nets or environmental protections from the other.
This pragmatic flexibility ensures that the government can adapt to new realities with common-sense
policies instead of getting bogged down in outdated ideological purity tests.
Ultimately, embracing a moderate approach to voting in 2026 helps heal deep societal divisions and
strengthens the democratic foundation. Rigid partisanship treats politics as a zero-sum game, turning
neighbors against each other and framing every election as an existential crisis. Moderates serve as a
stabilizing force, reminding the nation that progress is achieved through dialogue, mutual concession,
and a shared commitment to the common good. By casting a ballot free from party shackles,
moderate voters champion a political culture where unity, cooperation, and the overall health of the
republic are placed above partisan victory.
