articles are displayed for 1 week before moving to archieves section for an additional 7 days.

The page is updated Monday thru Friday at 12 pm (noon). 5:30pm, and 10:30pm est. There are no      

regularly scheduled new posts added on Saturday and Sunday as a flexible rule. However, there       

will be reports inserted on both days anytime breaking news stories or weighty events occur that  

would fall under best practices guidelines towards alerting our readers.

days after the posted end date. Notice: Saturday and Sunday is not counted as business days.
